The Federation Wing Tsun System (also known as FWTS or FWTS Kung-Fu) is a unique, strategy-based approach to the martial art of Wing Chun Kung-Fu.

The system was conceived & developed by myself – Sifu Lee Paul Heron. I started training in 1989, and am now an extremely experienced martial artist and instructor in multiple armed & unarmed disciplines. FWTS Kung-Fu is my personal contribution to this beautiful and fascinating discipline.

I currently live in West Sussex, England. I teach – and have taught – instructors as near as Surrey & South-West London, and as far away as South Africa. I provide training, tuition and official certification in this endlessly fascinating, extremely practical unarmed martial art system, which thousands of people have enjoyed learning from me since I started sharing my knowledge in 1999.
